The fit is too tight it's really uncomfortable . If you have skinny thighs then it might fit but if not then don't buy. I don't understand why these aren't bigger around the thighs since this is marketed towards athletes who should obviously have bigger thighs. For reference I do rugby, football, gym and various other sports but to a lesser extent
The compression is good, a little tight, I’m a medium, may be intended for maximum recovery. Waist comes up a little high. Length otherwise perfect.
I got these compression shorts for two reasons: I have been training for my first half-marathon and I recently pulled my hamstring. Compression wear has been really instrumental in helping me deal with some of the other injuries I've sustained in an active lifestyle and I really believe there's value to the Celliant/UA Recovery products. That makes these the no-brainer choice.
These have been great. I'm sure UA doesn't want me to sell them as a medical product, but they've provided a lot of great support by stabilizing my upper leg, which has helped the hamstring heal up. I find that soreness is also minimized when I wear them after a long run.
I usually wear a Large in the Boxerjock, but sized up to the XL for these. I am supremely happy I did. There is still plenty of compression, but I can get them up around my legs and waist.
These are definitely for after the activity and not during a workout, but if you're serious about recovery, I highly recommend them.
